Provider Network Meeting and PO General Membership Meeting

Create a consistent forum for primary care and specialty care providers to collaborate on opportunities that improve value-based care performance, patient outcomes, and the patient experience, while strengthening coordination across the network.

Primary and Specialty Care Providers
Provider Network Meetings – 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
PO General Membership Meetings – 7:00 – 7:30 p.m.
