About the course:

The Foundational Care Management Codes & Billing Opportunities course builds upon team-based care focusing on reimbursement for care management services.  This course was designed to support and train physician organizations and practice staff on care management billing.  This course will be opened for identified PO billing subject matter experts, care management staff and administrators.

Integrated Health Partners has been approved by the Michigan Institute for Care Management and Transformation (MICMT) to provide the Foundational CM Codes & Billing Opportunities course.

Target Audience: Open to all members of the physician organization or practice staff interested in gaining additional knowledge of PDCM codes and foundational care management billing. This course is strongly recommended for practice managers and billers who have care management services in the practice and is strongly encouraged for care managers after having at least at least a couple months of experience delivering provider delivered care management.
