We are proud to share that Integrated Health Partners, along with several of our primary care practices, have been honored with the 2024 Governor’s Award of Excellence!

This distinguished award, offered through a collaboration of Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, iMPROve Health, and the Michigan Health & Hospital Association (MHA) Keystone Center, recognizes providers committed to addressing some of Michigan’s most pressing health challenges.
The award criteria were aligned with the healthcare objectives of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Organizations were eligible to win in up to three categories and could earn Medals of Achievement by incorporating Person and Family and/or Health Equity strategies to drive meaningful improvement.
